Delivery

Digital products are delivered electronically after successful payment. Available files may appear on the order confirmation page, in the purchase email, and in My Account → Downloads. Orders flagged for payment or fraud review may be delayed.

Customer responsibilities

• Provide a valid email address and accurate checkout information.
• Maintain the security of your account and password.
• Download and securely back up purchased files within the available access period.
• Use current software capable of opening the stated file formats.
• Review and follow the product-specific license.

Download access

Download limits and expiration periods may vary. Access may be suspended when there is evidence of unauthorized sharing, automated downloading, fraud, chargeback activity, or other abuse.

Files and third-party tools

Some products may require software or accounts such as Canva, Adobe products, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, a WordPress site, or a selling platform. Unless expressly stated, third-party subscriptions, transaction fees, domains, hosting, printing, advertising, and platform costs are not included.

Updates

Purchase of a digital product includes the version available at the time of sale unless the product page expressly includes future updates. We may improve, replace, or discontinue products and download formats.

Prohibited conduct

• Sharing account credentials or download links.
• Redistributing source files without permission.
• Removing copyright or license notices when prohibited.
• Using products for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or harmful purposes.
• Claiming guaranteed outcomes or misrepresenting product ownership.

Support

Support covers order access, file delivery, and reasonable questions about product use. It does not include custom design, business consulting, legal advice, technical support for unrelated third-party tools, or guaranteed platform approval unless included in the product description.
