Understand what you are buying before you download, edit, or resell.
Digital Profit House uses clear license labels to help you compare products. Rights can still vary by product, so the license delivered with your purchase is the final authority.
Personal Use
Use the product for your own education, planning, or personal projects. You may not resell, redistribute, share, or use it as a client deliverable unless the product license says otherwise.
Commercial Use
Use the asset in your business or in completed work for clients. Commercial use does not automatically include the right to resell the original files or transfer editable source files.
Resell Rights
Sell the finished product to end customers under the stated terms. Editing rights and the ability to pass resale rights to your buyer are not included unless expressly stated.
Master Resell Rights
Sell the finished product and, when the included license allows it, pass specified resale rights to your customer. You may still be restricted from changing the content or passing master rights.
Private Label Rights
Edit, rebrand, and sell the resulting product within the product-specific rules. Some PLR licenses limit where it may be sold, whether it may be given away, and which rights may pass to your customer.
Proprietary / No Resale
This is an original Digital Profit House offer or microsite product for the purchaser’s permitted use. It may not be resold, copied, shared, redistributed, or represented as your own product.
Common license questions
Can I claim copyright or trademark ownership?
Only when the product license expressly grants that right. Buying a digital product normally does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
Can I sell it on Etsy, Amazon, or another marketplace?
Only if the license permits that marketplace and your final product complies with the platform’s current policies. Some licenses prohibit marketplace resale or require meaningful customization.
Can I give the product away as a lead magnet?
Not automatically. Giveaway and lead-magnet rights must be specifically included.
Can I pass PLR or MRR rights to my customer?
Only when the included license specifically permits transfer of those rights. Otherwise, sell only the end product with the customer permissions stated in the license.
Which terms control if a product page and license differ?
Contact support before using the product. The delivered written license is intended to control, but any conflict should be clarified in writing.
